75 montego hull questions
« on: July 02, 2016, 08:37:33 PM »
Does anyone know anything about the montego boat company? I recently purchased my first jet boat for 2000 and it is in great shape. The person I bought it from stated he had this custom made for him in the 70s. Curious if it is a rare hull. I cannot find anything on it at all.

I'm not familiar with the brand name, but it could be a splash (copy) of an existing hull or could have even been made in a borrowed mold from another builder.  Unfortunately being rare doesn't always mean it's good or valuable!

Post some pictures of the front, top, rear and we should be able to give you an idea of what it is, or what it's similar to.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
