it needs new wood. It's there but i think it's starting to rot

Do it yourself it feels better... Cut the fiber glass ... Cut the wood.... Then replace the wood and fiber glass and then coat with whatever you want ...

I would but I don't wanna mess up my boat lol. I hate doing fiberglass
