Title: Kalawain?
Post by: millerboy74 on March 17, 2015, 10:57:38 PM: OK so today at work I spotted this little jem in the corner of the building I was helping move out. According to the owner it was a 75 that he bought brand new and did nothing with. This thing had zero holes in it. he had to leave it behind in the building. The new owner of the building said I can have it If I wanna get it. My question is how good are these hulls? I'm might go get it tomorrow.

When I got their I noticed it wasn't in the shop and I talked to the owner he said it should be out their. I guess When he was gone earlier in the day the clean up crew put it in the dumpster along with half the building and had it taken away 😢. I was so pissed I didn't say anything and left before I hurt someone.

I couldn't sleep last night just thinking if I had that boat what I would do to it and stuff like that. I probably should have jumped alittle sooner to go get it. It sucks but what can I do, besides move on and find something else.

"B.S." says I. He says "Turn around and I'll show you." So we whipped a U turn and found her parked in a laundramat parking lot in downtown Riverside. The sign says $1500 and yes the emblems and the VIN code say Hemi ! She says she knows nothing about the car, but call tomorrow and talk to her boyfriend.

When I called tomorrow he says yeah $1500 AND the car currently has a 440 in it, BUT he has the broken Hemi in his garage which goes with the car for that price. This is about 1982. This was about 10 a.m. At about 11 a.m. I get a call from a third friend who tells me "Hey c'mon over and check out the Hemi Road Runner I just stole for $1500." I died a little that day. He still has the car, fully restored it and probably hasn't driven it 1000 miles since 1982. You're a big dick Richard Grubbs! :mad:
