Title: Looking for a deep sided jet hull with windshield, what make/model?
Post by: 5akman on October 28, 2015, 02:56:31 PM: I'm looking for a fiberglass jet boat project for use as a lake/river fishing boat. I missed buying a "Las Vegas" hull a few years ago that was your typical deep sided Vee hull with windshield, kind of like your typical family I/O lake cruiser. I'm not familiar with the various makes/models of these older glass hulls. Anyone have some makes/models that I can start searching for?

What I'm looking for is something like your glastron, cobalt, bayliner looking boat (vee hull, deep sides, full height windshield). I had one years ago with rotted stringers so I pulled the engine and jet and took the hull to the dump. I can't remember the make however. The other boat I was trying to buy of off the Mendocino Craigslist a few years ago was a "Las Vega" hull like I described. I'll keep looking.

19' Tahiti with a Berkeley jet and a dual axle trailer. I will be putting a ford 460 into in. Can also sell less engine.
