Title: need help with M I C on a boat i might purchase

need help with mic found this boat the owner doesn't know what it is the number is ONG 000950776 goggle it came up with nothing thanks in advance for any help you provide

I think it's ONG being first three letters I'll try load a pic of the numbers

Ok but GNG didn't start till mid 80s this hull is a 76 or 78 right it 19 ft berk pump and a torn apart bbc tunnel ram just don't if it worth putting together a off the wall boat that ones heard of hmmm
