Anybody have experience with Pro-seal 34? Good? Bad?

Pro-Seal 34 is a polycarbonate caulking which seals galvanized metal, glass, wood, aluminum, stone concrete, plaster, masonry, vinyl and many other problem surfaces. Pro-Seal 34 seals through water, oil film, and stops leaks immediately on contact.
Remains sealed and flexible for 15 years and will not become brittle with age
Stretches 350% and stays sealed in expansion and high vibration areas
Cured product stays sealed from -50° F to +220° F.
Immediately paintable; comes in five different colors
2-year shelf life
