Don't know of rainbow
But sure looks like a splash of  a Spectra and southwind

Some lady at my wifes work wants to trade me electrical work for the boat? I read spectra boats are good can't find any info on rainbow but it sure looks cool going to try and go see this Saturday

Was rainbow boats part of the 91 flyers in the 70's if so maybe it is a spectra or a southwind I read that most of the boat compans along the 91 didn't have glass shops so the got hulls from other companys and stampe there names on the boats called it a new boat company

Yes does look nice Not sure on the engine. Going to try and see it saturday  She says was sitting for awhile but that's nothing a little elbow grease can't fix

Went and checked it out today  has been sitting since 2005 and has a crack on front bow see pic  has a rusted ass 454 dude wants $700.00 cash ???? What do you guys think

Pass? Even if something is free the money to make something go could be crazy money and labor. We don't know anything about the engine compression and leak down or even if its water tight. Unless your mechanically able to do it all, it could get ya. I didn't notice your location and you got ask yourself is it possible the engine could of froze and cracked block and/or heads.  Sitting since 2005 where outside? Is the wood framing/floor soft? I'd be cautious of it thats all. Very cautious.

That thing has salt water written all over it. I would stay away from that for sure.

Ya I'm guna pass on this one. When I asked him if it has ever been in salt water he said no only taken it to pyramid and silverwood haha ya right
