I have a few rivets pulling out of my hull for the rub rail and can't put any bigger rivets in so I was thinking of using some type of filler on the hull and re drilling so they will stop pulling out. Any suggestions on a filler to use or a fix for this?

Can you get to the back side of it? If so find you a small flat washer and a little longer rivet and hold the washer on the inside and have your buddy work the rivet gun on the outside... The washer will keep it from pulling back through... If you can get to it from both sides?

Check to see if you can find "banana rivets" in the size you need. They're a longer rivet that opens up like a banana peel.

if nothing else lay a couple new layers of glass up there. That will hold the new rivets
Gimme that BECKY!

If you have the trim with the rubber insert you could just drill a new hole in the trim so you have new glass to drill into. If its the rounded trim with exposed rivet heads there are different length rivets with the same diameter, 1/8 for example, and the extra length should pull the trim to the hull nice and tight.

x2 on the washers. You can get a pack of alum rivet washers from Lowes/Home Depot for few bucks.
