That’s a Jacuzzi WJ intake with a loader. The transom isn’t structural on a jet boat like it is in a stern drive or outboard. The drain hole location in that Jacuzzi transom adapter is a little high and traps water in the bilge. Hence the slight transom rot. I say run it. You can get all of the parts relatively cheap and enjoy decent performance. Those Hondos were built tough. Mahogany stringers if I remember correctly

Will clean it up this weekend and make a decision on what I am going to do . Biggest problem is it’s set up for a ford lol

Beautiful hallett. And neat mondo. I have always been curious about that style bottom and how they performed and handled. And sounds like its got alot of the wrong stuff for what your wanting to do with it....judging by your posts anyways lol. But like you said, get her cleaned up and make a decision from there....would be neat to watch a build thread on it though....just sayin lol

A BB......F? Bob, you’re supposed to “experiment” in college.
What are your plans? Win river races or a fun little boat?
There was a member, LakesOnly, his name is Paul. He has the same hull with a Ford. He also runs a shop called High Flow Dynamics in Central CA(?) that specializes in building Fords.
