Title: Waikiki? anybody know anything about this hull?

My buddy is about to buy a boat, it is a 78 18" waikiki bubbledeck. I found that it is a copy of a Kona. Does anybody know anything about this hull?

I have a 22ft Waikiki boat. Rides nice, good looking hull. From what I gather they were nade from 1976-1978 was all. I have yet to this day seen another 22ft.
