Or maybe just a fresh set of bolt-ons....   ;D

This is actually Riversled's boat but since he helped me out so much, it's only right to help him get his ride up here too (plus I want to ride in his boat this season; it's a little faster than mine)  ;)

It needed some support underneath the seats, as the old, "bolt to the boat" style had run it's course. The bottom of the seats were also beat up and rotting, but the interior was still in good shape so we carefully took the staples out and made new pieces for 90% of the seat.

The kick panel was also coming loose and there were a couple holes in the carpet, so a quick face-lift was all she needed before 09'.

Decided to fiberglass a new board in for the battery to sit in while were at it

Now I know what you're thinking...."Damn, you gotta reach underneath the deck to change the station/song?"...Not so fast

The last "gauge" closest to you (pic above) is actually a control unit to eliminate this hassle. You still have to get under there to change the CD but, Hey!! what do you want from us?! :)

Mike had so much fun sanding my boat (77 Hawaiian), that he couldn't stop when we were done and had to move to the back of his. I think the name of his boat was sick, but his wife (my mom) wasn't happy about riding in a boat named "Blue Vein Throbber" hahaha..  I battled on his side as long as I could but it was starting to fade anyway so he decided to take it completely off.

(The name of the boat is still "Blue Vein Throbber"..it's just on the DL now)
