Title: Interior color changing
Post by: riefer jet on July 29, 2014, 04:41:42 PM
Has anyone noticed where your interior looks yellowish brown after taking the cover off? It seems to go away mostly after a few hours which makes me think maybe its gas fumes, plus I didn't notice it until after adding a tarp on top of the soft cover. Let me know if you've seen this

its mildew/mold from basically keeping the moisture trapped in the boat with the tarp.   thus why its accumulating at the tops of your interior... hot moist air rises, etc.

mine does it all the time.  I have heard it from the spray suntan lotion, not sure how much i believe that but...  It usually clears up in a couple hours of being in the sun.

Kayotyk's answer makes much more sense than the spray lotion :)  never thought of that.
