Pulled the Tahiti out of the weeds and decided to finish it up. Today I started gutting it and am going to redo the floor and finish the stringer repair and paint the inside. I have a ton of glue in the boat and on the Imco's that I am going to start removing tonight. I am going to have a play by play of this rebuild
So in the next few weeks.
1. Flooring
2. Stringer Repair
3. Wiring
4. Gas Tank remount and polish (tanks are chunked with glue)
5. Guages
Here is todays work so far
This is what I started with (notice the glue on the tanks)

And for fun I bolted on a droop. I really want to put the aluminum transom cover on I am not diggin the fiberglass. I took out all the cables as well. The clevises were all rusted on the cable so I took the sawzall and cut em in half and yanked em out. It does not appear to me that the hand hole cover is to far back not to use the aluminum

Is that a Place Diverter mini-droop or ???
It does not say Place on it so I dont think so. I think its an aggressor but I am not sure there are no markings on it of any kind.
