Title: Putting New carpet in

Hi guys brand-new to the boating seen just picked up a Carrera 20.5 elite open Bow carpets worn-out wanted to replace called some places and got quotes from 800 to 1300 any ideas are thinking about doing it myself here's the boat any ideas and info would help thank you guys for looking. BTY going to do the interior they got to go one step at a time thanks.

I did my carpet in my boat, I bought outdoor carpet at lows and I used locktite 300 spray on adhesive. Just take your time. I would cut a piece and then trim the excess and then I glued it
