Vinyl tears

Got a few rips/stretching spots to stop before they get out of hand. Some kind of  clear goop over the top? Any advice?

Check with the Vinyl Ladies they have done many repairs for us on RV's.  Maybe send her some pics before she comes out.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
