Title: 12J Intake removal

This is the worst thing ive had to do yet, am i doing something wrong here?? How do i get the bolts out? Im trying to be careful not to damage the hull but at this point i really just need it out!!

You have to heat it up with a torch around the intake and with a floor jack underneath pushing up...do one section at a time and use like the bernzomatic torch and heat it up and it will eventually pop free....

Yea Im about to go get a benzo torch, ive been using the propane can and it just must not being cutting it. With how bad it was leaking tho i thought it would have slid out alot easier, gel coat is being repaired on monday i got no time for this shit lol thanks bro

Did you get the back bolts on the rear of the intake?

The two hidden ones?yea i took all the nuts and washers off but do the bolts need be pounded out thru the bottom? I thought the intake would come up off of them but maybe im wrong, i just took the dremel to the bottom of the hull to try and free it up a lil.

Intake out finally, going to be doing some hull repair on monday and intake should be in by friday even if i have to do it myself, Everybody too busy i guess lol oh well.
