Got this Berkeley impeller ... How do I identify the cut of it ? Measures 8.750 on the big end ..
What u guys think ? Thanks

Machined angle looks to be 58*
The small diameter is 6.825

Looks like a "B" cut impeller, which would be an 8.750 large diameter with a 33.5-degree Machine Angle (relative to the shaft). Your measurement looks right on. The 56-1/2 degrees would be perpendicular to the shaft.
The detailing on the trailing edges looks as if it has changed the cut, so it won't act like a true B, it will RPM higher.
