Removing roost booster
« on: August 23, 2016, 01:08:57 PM »
Just like the title says. Just picked up this boat and amore taking it out for the first time ton or row for a few days trip. The previous owner out this 8 degree wedge "roost booster" on the pump. I don't care for a large roost, it has a place diverter anyways so that's good enough for me. To remove this thing it is as simple as unbolting and removing and bolting the nozzle back up to the bowl? Seems at right forward. I just don't want to make a stupid mistake. Thanks guys

Thanks that's what I thought. I would hope 1 of the 2 would be good. I'll order another one before I pull it out just in case though.

If you plan on selling it I would be interested.

Yeah when I pull it I'll sell it to you. Im going to run it this trip and pull it after to see the difference. I'm probably going to end up running a droop.
