All the bolts are out. How do I get it off? Should I even remove it? I'm just doing it for peace of mind to re seal/silicone it and apply resin to the exposed wood. And where can I get a reseal kit? Jacuzzi WJ. Thanks for any help.

That thing is likely bedded in either silicone or marine caulk... She is not just going to fall off in your hands that is for sure..
Rule one when dealing with silicone/caulking. a hammer will do NOTHING. What you need to do is break the surface tension and peel it off like a dried up sticker, the trick is, do it without breaking either the housing or fracturing the fiberglass of the transom.
Try to use super skinny putty knives and begin to drive small wedges into the squarest points, stay away from the corners.
I normally attempt to drive two el cheapo putty knives into an are and drive the wedge between the blades.
Slow and steady wins the race...
Good luck. You may consider bolting it all back up and simply running a bead of 5200 around the outside edge.

Acetone or mineral spirits will destroy the silicones bond but i dont know if it will effect gel coat. Anyone?

Acetone will definitely attack the resin, gel coat, powder coat, etc. Try gasoline and a plastic scraper on the silicone. I had good luck cutting the silicone between the transom housing and bowl with a razor knife.

For anyone that might care, plastic door shims from home depot or lowes. Use a thin putty knife like Glenn mentioned to get a spot on cover freed up and then knock a shim in a little and then do the same to either side once you have 2 on the top and sides just work around taping one at a time and it's off in no more than 10 mins

i used really thin cable for hanging picture frames with. lift an edge and get it behind the pump, etc. then use it like a saw to cut through all the putty/silicone. i got the idea from when i used to de-badge my cars with the double sided tape... i used fishing line for that.

Lol good memories right there... Good ol dental floss is what I used to de badge haha
