Black or white?

Berkleyscare white. And Jacuzzis are black. Would I be breaking any rules if I painted my Jacuzzi white? What are your opinions? Is white faster?

The rulebook states if you have to repaint a Jacuzzi, the next color has to be Neon Green with pink polka dots.
