Title: Berkeley 12JC bowl oil

hi everybody
I am working on a Glastron Carlson cv21 with a 12JC Berkeley that sat for a couple of year. Now I can not push oil into bowl through oul plugs, simply seems occluded.
Any suggestion?

I'd take something and stick it in there, Im pretty sure some run grease instead of oil, could be the case.

It very well could have grease instead of oil. My pump is packed with grease in lieu of gear oil. Stick something in there and see if it is packed full of grease.
