would a Berkeley be able to spin safely at 7200rpm of my motor can push it, not sure what impeller is in it. and is a loader absolutely necessary?

But seein' 7200, I'm thinkin' a Toyota 2JZ...?

Cummins is WWWAAAYYY too heavy, But has the sustained torque

Toyota is also heavy considering the displacement, and the sustained torque might be a reach.

What gives? What motor?

Don't forget about your thrust bearing. The typical stock bearings are not rated for that 7200 rpm, especially not with grease. Brand and tolerance classification matter at those levels. Sounds like a fun project.
