How long does it take to blow a freeze plug? Is the temp getting hot?

Not quite enough information.
How is the cooling system plumbed?
Headers or logs and snails?
And what pump, and any mods done to the pump?
What is your water temperature at idle, and cruising?
Sounds like getting too much pressure.
Why is the question.

Check to see if you have water in your oil, may have a headgasket issue under boost. Are you oringed? How much boost etc.
