Diverter for a WJ

Hello, This is my first post but I have read through the forum and love the wealth of knowledge here.

Anyways, I bought a diverter off of ebay for my Jacuzzi WJ and I cannot find any information on it. It bolts up to the bowl and the nozzle bolts to it. The diverter has a plate that says CSM Cusom Speed Marine. It has an electric motor that actuates it up and down. If anyone has any info on it or even better a picture of it hooked up that would be great. I'm having a little trouble figuring out how the steering arm hooks up. Sorry for the bad pics. I took the after I already had it apart.

Classic that trim ,along with several other items was made in San Jose are back in the 70's it works similar to a "jet o vator" and has its own unique set of parts (and problems) I have 2 or 3 setting around maybe call or email if we can help you sort it out Thanks Tom

Tom,

I talked to you on the phone last weekend and I forgot to ask you about it. I bought the parts up in New York. Everything seems to work out ok but it appears as though the one arm is threaded and screws onto the steering tube that extends out of the transom. If you have a picture of the back of a boat with one of these setups that would be great. What are some of the problems you mentioned.

If anyone can give me a little guidence, I am trying to hook up my trim today. I am not sure how the steering tube works because if i attach the arm to the tube then the diverter won't actuate and if I leave it unattached the the nozzle steers as I move the diverter up and down.
