Did anyone make a BBF bell housing for a Jacuzzi YJ pump with a top mount starter?

I have a friend that has a day cruiser, that for the last 3 years has had to pull the starter.  Needless to say, he is getting tired of pulling the engine to R&R the starter.

If you've seen one listed around or have one to sell, let me know and I'll get the info to him.
