HI,
I dont have one of the swivel dealios yet but i wanted to make sure i have the steering hooked up correctly? Also i see some pictures of some boats with a second nut/seal on the end of the steering tube. Is that necessary?

The steering cable/shaft thingy is bolted below the tiller arm with a thin spacer to line it up. Is this correct? Or should it go on top? Dioes it matter? Steering feels smooth and i get full range the way it is

If your getting full range leave it. But I would use a nyloc nut, min!!
