I'm courteous if anyone has made there own bolt on shoe ? Pics and tips ?

Well Yes, Kinda.
I pulled the intake, Milled the area for a shoe. Got 1/2" aluminum plate, made 2 shoes. ride plate to shoe I used a router and diesel fuel for cooling/lube.
I'm not a machinist. Nor a fabricator. Easy? I thought so. Time consuming? yes. Did it work? Absolutely.
So far, 1 Berk, 1 Dom, and 1 Jacuzzi WJ shoe/rideplate.

I'm wanting to do it so I don't pull intake.
I just redid gel coat and blended intake .
I know I should have done it then 😕 so can I make a shoe that I don't have to remove intake....

Heres my thinking...
Not pulling your intake and doing a "bolt on" shoe and ride plate will work. BUT i think it might not be the best for you in your situation. Im not an expert and i dont know anything for sure. But im thinkng that with a "bolt on" shoe, it will be fairly far below the keel. It will grab a LOT of water and load the pump hard/create stern lift.
Im thinking the bolt on deals are good for stuff thats in the 60-75 range. But being in the high 80-low 90 range i dont know if its a very good idea.
Anyone think im wrong? I really dont know for sure, just guessing here.
I think the best option for you right now might be the Place diverter plate/droop. this way you dont have a shoe hangning way down below the keel, and you still get the benefit of a ride plate.

The biting edge of a bolt on shoe is at keel. The edge curves up on sides to match your intake opening. A machined intake is still going to be a bolt on shoe as the shoe bolts on.

Berkeley pump ..... My boat is in mid 80-90 mph depending on bottle pressure and if I don't forget to retard the timing. She didn't like that lol (dial back retard big mistake )
When i launch bow is a little high..

Yes, but without machining the intake, you are literally bolting it up to the intake. Right?
Doesnt this set it below the keel, since the intake is not machined or recessed for it?

The bitting edge is at keel an loops up like a smile. Here's a pic of mine an you can see the center is lower than sides... but the center is at keel using a 6' straight edge right to the lowest center of the bite on a standard berk intake. I smoothed out the sides an inside with epoxy for a clean transition.

Yes, I bought it from HTP. My cradle is ARS marine an I made a new plate for the longer aggressor bowl with added rail support. They come up used every now an again... Do a wtb on river daves, performance an here. I buy parts when I can to resell or hoard.
