When i first start my boat the jet squels a bit. After runing it awhile it goes away. Was wondering what the problem could be. Never have messed with this jet don't know to much about them. Could it be the packing needs to be replaced?

That could be multiple things but it's probably bearings, sounds like rebuild time!
