what do yall run? i'm having loading issues over 100mph and the 1 thing i haven't tried this summer is changin out the tapered shoe for another type, is there any merit in having my shoe milled flat?

These guys are really helpful over here, aren't they. :P ;D

The guys "over here" are helpful when they can be. Most racers on this site are circle racers and don't run gullwings. Hence they don't know a lot about how a change in shoes would effect that type of hull. We do know people who could help. performanceboats.com site has more gullwing pilots and the Greg Schoemaker section of the forums will help. I do know that a wrong setup in a gullwing can make shut down real spookie. I don't think a lack of response is a lack of wanting to help, just don't want to give you line on line that is BS and could harm you if you took it as gospel. Try MPD (Jack McCure) here on the left coast for hardware and Jeff Bennett for hull mods to the gullwing too. Faster and safer is the goal.

no...youre wrong. there isnt many people here with gw's so rather then chiming in with bs (like you have) people leave it for the people who do know something about the subject.
impatient1: i suggest giving gs marine a call, he knows the gw's well.

Jeez guys, I was just messing with ya. ;) Wasn't trying to insult anyone, or suggest anything. :)
I'm sure he got the information he needed. Tom seems like a very resourceful guy, and seems to know a lot of knowledgeable people.
