Title: hardline for gate

whats up guys, i attached some pictures below... what do i need to do to make a hardline/pipe for the fitting through the transom from pump to attach my gate valve onto? im trying to install a gate valve and i need a solid pipe to install it on.  any way to install the pipe onto the fitting i already have? trying to get the boat in the water by next weekend[attachimg=1][attachimg=2][attachimg=3]

I don't think you'll be able to hardline to that fitting.  You could run a short connnector hose to a gate valve that is equipped with a hose barb on one side then do whatever you want on the engine side.

Get a good piece of Green stripe Gates or something thick walled to support the weight of the valve (not standard automotive heater hose).
