I am trying to hook up my steering on the Bahner but now i have holes on both side of the transom cover from the dual steering . How the phuck am i going to cover all these freakin holes ??? and my steering dont hook up right its too long ( i think ) i need to drop the nozzle and add a droop it looks like to me........ :banghead:

One hole should be for the forward and reverse (right side) and the other for steering (left side).

Replacing all the seals/gaskets adding a droop and eliminating the ride plate and other crap on it.....Its not a race boat no mo so i dont need all that crap :banghead: Just want it simple ;D

Don't eliminate the ride plate, just trim it to the correct length and adjust it acoridingly. Just because its not a race boat doesnt mean it can't be benificial to the overal ride quality and set up. Especially if you are going to add other hardware (like a droop) It gives you one more level of control. my .02, don't go backwards.

Going backwards is my middle name :o But you'r right i was just pissed when i said it........ Can i still get Bayjet gaskets? Cause there was about ten pounds of silicon on this bitch :banghead: it was water proof ;D

Most of the gaskets you will need should be the same as berkeley or easilly modify. It looks like it's mixture of bayjet and berkleley parts anyhow. Appears to be Berkeley G bowl, and also looks the like the shaft and bearing cap have been exchanged with a later berkeley pieces. The original shaft and bearing cap were similar to 12JA pumps and WJ jacuzzi's. One can only theorize on impeller but I'd be willing to bet who ever did all the fancy mods replaced the impeller also.
....and i may be wrong but I believe your transom adapter is berkeley also ;D
When you get a chance snap some underneath pics of the intake and loader area, just curious.

2 sav those parts (covers) are easily "fabbed" out of aluminum plate , template them out of card board ,mail it up and we'll cut them out for you Tom
