Title: Hydraulic Diverter issue
Post by: Riverrat817 on August 24, 2016, 09:03:39 PM
I'm trying to help a buddy of mine that is having issues with his hydraulic diverter. Every time you hit the switch to the down position it blows the fuse. Up works fine. Has anyone here ever experience the same issue?

Sounds like a faulty switch is all.

That was my first thought so we installed a new toggle switch but no luck. Same outcome

Check for a stuck solenoid valve. the motor runs both directions, so could be a relay issue.

Good suggestion. I will check the solenoids this weekend. Are the solenoids a replaceable part? I didn't see them sold separately on Place Diveters site

Look up Bennett trim tabs. Every part is replaceable.
