Another new guy with a probablem

Got a berkely 12jc pump I noticed the steering pins on the pump backing out what do I need to do to fix this looks like just the shim on top but the pin on bottom? Been getting lots of good info on this site so thanks in advance!

Are the bolts going into the pins? Double check to make sure there tight. And when the bottom lip of the plastic shims break off they start to ride up over time. They only cost about 3 bucks so you might wanna get a pair.
