Title: jacuzzi 12 yj-b trim screw adjustment

I just bought a jet boat with a Jacuzzi 12 yj-b pump and I am wondering if there is anybody on here that can explain what the trim adjuster on the top is for? or how to use it?

Turn the nozzle up will lift the front of the boat up, turn it down to bring the front down to plain faster and better ride.

IT JUST MANUALLY ADJUSTS THE NOZZLE THEN? i NOTICED THAT THE NOZZLE IS PRETTY LOOSE. YOU CAN LIFT IT UP AND DOWN A HALF INCH OR SO.

Do you know if that is normal? Sorry about the caps.

no not normal, there is a nyliner bushing inside, maybe missing or broken.
