Does this look right? I just pulled the droop off to clean it and found this!

thats a WJ??? mine loos way different.. the bolt pattern is way different

It looks like I could cut a 1/4" all the way around to match the droop. Then blend it back into the bowl. The bowl is polished as far back as I can see.

Not a bad idea, but I seldom look to get too terribly detailed when going little to big, I worry more about big to little, you have to remember that that area is under a pretty good pressure....
You more than likely will never see any difference and you are talking about a large amount of work...The "easy way" to handle that area would be a mill, you could plunge cut a round recess the exact diameter of the snoot and blend it into the vanes...
Just remember you may be screwing yourself later if the nozzle ends up needing to be changed and it has a smaller area....Talk about starting over... :screwy:
