Title: Lubrication in the bowl

My boat is a 1975 I have a 12 je with an A impeller Berkeley pump I have grease the bearing and the u joint inside the hall of the boat what I don't know is do I need to lubricate or grease inside the bowl anywhere please help me with a little input thanks guys

there should be two plugs on top of the pump bowl,  If there is a zert on the bowl grease it up. if its oil filled, take the plugs out and fill it up with 50weight or higher oil.

Thanks for the info I appreciate it second question is. I have an A impeller it's that mostly out of the hole my last boat had a AB impeller I'm trying to remember the differences this boat isn't a big house power boat only about 400 house 455olds

Only difference is your motor will spin 150 rpm more on the top end with an A/B.
