WJ power limits? stability?

Hello all a newbie here i have a 76 Fantasy ill be completely overhauiling upon some research ive figured out it has a jacuzzi WJ pump on it (i didnt know anything about pumps) also has a 455 olds. ill be taking the olds out in favor of a spare LS1 i have my question is what is the power limits of the WJ? i was thinking of rebuilding it and running it

I know in the old days wj's were the first pumps to break 100mhp(from what I've been told) the power handling is related to how much ho you plan to throw at it. 17-4 stainless shaft would be a needed upgrade for high hp alond with a possible impeller change and upgrade in quality. Also making sure the ls1 is set up to run as a boat motor as you could blow it if it used to be a car motor.

wow... this should be fine then the motor wont be a problem its in the process of being rebuilt and ill be running it on the loose side of factory specs and they will also handle 7 grand all day long and im thinking this wont be turning anywhere near that.. any other input?
