Just looking for some input.  I am new to the who jet boating thing.  I recently purchased a 2002 Banshee jet boat from the marina I work at, formerly a Cimmaron deck and hull.  The boat has a Legend J120 pump assembly just looking for some input on the quality of this pump.  The engine is an Indmar SBC with vortec heads and holly carb.  Not sure of the internals of the pump, what cut the impeller is etc.  The boat is 18' closed bow and will do 68 with me and 1/4 tank of fuel appox 4.5 gals.  This boat was assembled here at the marina I work at in central WI.  Deck and hull were built by S&J manufacturing formerly Aquatron boats.  Any info on this setup I would greatly appreciate to get the best performance possible not that its not fun already.  One last bit of info on the boat.  It has never been in the water since 2002 when it was built and only has 6hrs run time on it.  Its making a howling noise when you turn to the right???  Pump Rebuild?
