Post by: resq on June 15, 2010, 08:37:33 PM
He guys I am back to pick your brains a bit. Since last season I have completly redone my boat from engine rebuild to interior. Now I am on the hunt for a hydraulic piston for my place diverter. Anybody know where I can find one for a reasonible price.

What's wrong with the one you have? Simply a hydraulic cylinder that, hone/polish the inside a bit, repack the piston and gland, should be GTG? Simple Bennett cylinder. If that's an issue, I be willing to bet any John Deere dealer could help with the packings and gland material.......... ;)

The piston is shot and would just want to replace it due to time constraints and complaining wife.
