good day im new here and this site rocks. im also new to the jet boat scene. well i have a sea rayder with 120 sport jet for a few months. like boat but ii like old school, looking at a 77 sleekcraft kauai 19 feet long. with a eagle pump has ford 460 in it now paint is in great shape. now my question is the jet what do you guys think about it. i was going to offer 2000.00 he want 2500.00 what do you guys thnk. also is this boat good for bay is a little ruff then the lake. but my sea rayder goes ok , its 15 ft long..

now i also am looking at a 78 sleekcraft tunnel type dont know model i was told is an sst. but this one has a 200 outboard johnson, but interior is not so nice, pain ok. same price for both.

The Golden Eagle is simply a Jacuzzi 12YJ that was produced as a transom mount or "insert pump" (similar to the Berk "E") they are an axial flow jet designed to move larg volumes of water The work well as designned but do not respond well to added HP .They can be upgraded with the American turbine "Energizer" kits to produce very respectable performance (done several with very good results )  Tom
