Simply lift the motor off the mounts and pull forward.....

Water was like glass all day yesterday ( easter ) brian. River is up but not alot of stuff floating. Went down to boathouse and hung out there all day. They had a band playing outside on the deck and all and a nice buffet going good luck on the rebuild and hope to see ya out there bud
