After running aground I got a few rocks stuck in my impeller, I managed to get all but one out but that still left the boat nearly powerless.
Can anyone explain how one rock can make it feel like you are in neutral?
How did a rock bigger than the space between the grates get in there?
Easy removal trick?
How does this rock cut off cooling water to my engine to a slow trickle?
Seems to be a bunch of problems for just one little rock. :banghead:

Had my diverter off and saw this in the back of the pump. How it got there.. ???

Had the same problem earlier this summer. On a Saturday nonetheless. Tried everything. The only fix was to pull the bowl and the rock fell out. Crazy how something so big gets in there and can cause such a problem.

Same problem last weekend. Used a coat hanger and pushed it back through
