i think so it comes with the foward reverse connection kit. there is a pic berkley website. looks like it hooks into the little hole in jam nuts not sure.

You cable goes through the pin with a nut on top and one underneath . Both have a hloe in them for the clip . The hook end goes through the inside of the top nut and the other end just snaps over the bottom nut keeping it from rolling down off the threads . Thats another picture I gotta snap .

Place Diverter doesn't need one due to the design upgrades, and the jetovator setup you had utilized a stock nozzle so it should have had one, but they do get lost over the years.

Someone told me you can just safety wire that nut so it wont fall off. After looking at it I don't think that would be a problem.

The problem I see with that is you would have to run the wire to the shift control shaft as the hole in the lower nut doesn't go through the end if the cable shaft end. If you want to get a replacement, you can get it from Berkeleyjet.com, the part number is 150-S16609 and the cost is $19.99. At lkeast you willknow tht you've got the right part for the job and made by the company who made your pump.
