Hey guys, took the new spectra to the lake this weekend, Dang that lake is getting lower by the day... I ended sucking some gravel into my Jacuzzi wj, Damn! i pulled the inspection cover and cleared out all the loose rocks and picked out the couple that were stuck in the impeller. My question is, do i need to worry about ANYTHING that made it past the impeller? is there anything that these pieces can get jammed into if they were small enough to make it past the impeller? i have never run a squirter into rocks, only ever sand and that has always just passed thru... i didnt run it but just a minute after that because i didnt want to tear it up if there is an issue. Any help would be great!

Definately shallow, and you half to keep your eyes peeled cause there is shit sticking up everywhere...i have sucked up rocks as well, and everyone else, but we just pulled them out of the impellar and good to go....awesome another vegas boater

Yea, it's gettin WAY low. They closed the ramp I used so now I have to drive 18 frickin miles to launch at Hemminway. Gonna go check the distance and new ramp at Callville inna few days. It may be low but it's still a bigg ass lake. There will be hazards at whatever the level.

just read the news Callville Bay washed out yesterday. Road closed, I'll take a boat ride up there tomorow. Saw a pic of the boat shop I used to work in up on the beach. Said a ten foot flash flood came and jus fucd that place up.

Actually happened monday...the flash flood carried so much mud that it put houseboats basically up on land...including the fuel dock and store...one of the workers filmed it...not sure if he got it on you tube yet, but it was a wall of water approx 8 feet high by 120 feet wide...this would of never happened if the lake was higher, because the water came down a wash that used to be under water years ago....pretty devistating there...they have no power or anything...according to my friend dave it looks like a war zone...jet skis everywhere...im sure damage is in the millions! Supposidly the houseboats that are in the mud are just rentals and its 5 or 6 of them...pretty shitty deal

What sux iz the only ramp left in NV is Hemminway. There will be a line of wake barges all the way up to Boulder City everyday

Theres actually two ramps there, and it wasnt bad on that holiday weekend we were there....the ramp will reopen at callville, and echo is still open...and temple bar too...its only 5 minutes longer to the beach from hemmingway...im done with boulder...that lake needs to come up thirty feet before ill even consider returning

Well I went out today, nice day. Still alotta lake out there. Callville is toe up from the flo up. I cruised thru and took video 360*. Cavetated my pump w/ all the debre in the water. I'll have the ole lady post video inna while.

I guess if ya havent been there you dont really know how fucd up the place is. The building I worked in was behind the fuel dock, now the FD is on ground.
