I have an 2001 Carrera 202 XR with a Dominator pump. At higher speeds I have a lot of over steer, I have to turn the wheel about two inches left or right pass center before the boat starts to turn. This is my first jet so not sure if this is normal. Where is the best place to adjust the cable? One more question, how much water should the pump leak in the boat. I usually have about 10-20 gallons leak in the bilge after about 2 hours of cruising?

The steering wheel issue doesn't sound like something is real bad. Maybe worn or missing bushings on the nozzle.
The water coming in is a huge concern. Check your hoses or packing glands are worn out or just need adjusting.
