Title: Squirting grease

Just repacked jet with Lucas red n tacky #2. Started in driveway with water running.   At higher revs grease comes out of the front hole on the bearing cover.  Please help.

In the Jacuzzi jet manual, it says to run the engine for 30 sec. to a minute and then wipe off excess grease.
Yours sounds pretty normal.

After taking it out this is what it looks like.   If I take it apart how much grease should there be.
