I got a 18 foot tahiti ive been working on and i did the idiot thing by throwing out the steering cable before i measured it.....anyone have any idea what length i would need for my 18 foot tahiti?

I also have a 18 foot tahiti and I just did the best I could to measure it with it still in the boat and I came up with approx. 15 feet.
Post up some pics of your boat if you can.

I live in the stone age and I dont have a digital camera...id rather waste money on my boat so i can use it rather then on a camera so i can admire it ;)

Generally speaking we sell 15" rack systems (cables) to 18" boat customers & 16' to 20's and 21' we also route our cables to drop out at the back seat area and go straight back under the motor. The less bend to better longer cable life too Tom
