Title: Steering hard with diverter up

So I have a brand new rack, cable, steering wheel, etc

With the diverter down or neutral and is very smooth and easy to turn. Under power or no power

Trim up and it gets hard. Cable is brand new with about 4 trips on it.

Any ideas?

Possibly one of the O-Rings in the diverter?
