Title: Steering tube install...

How do you properly install a steering tube with a new grommet? How tight do you tighten the tube nuts to the grommet? Do you just center the new grommet to the transom housing hole for the steering tube? Any info is appreciated...

I was told it shouldnt smash the grommet. Just snug.
