Pantherectomy

I could use some guidance..... I recently separated a Panther 454 from it's pump and coupling it to a Berkeley JC-AH
The motor still has the Panther driveline attached. Is there anything salvageable there. I've read about PTO's and direct bolt on drivelines? Is a three point bellhousing more desireable than a more conventional bellhousing w/stringer mounts?  Lots of questions. Any input appreciated.
